Summer Camp Counselor
We are looking for dedicated, intelligent, and responsible age 16 or older individual to join our team of Camp Counselors. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with children and exercise sound judgment in the face of all kinds of scenarios. This is a great opportunity to join an energetic team that promotes personal growth and rewards hard work.
Salary: $14.00 per hour
Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Must be at least 16.
- To be considered all candidates must be able to work all three camp weeks in June.
- June 11-14th
- June 18-21st
- June 25-28th
- Previous experience working with children preferably in a day camp setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment, building strong relationships with other counselors and camp staff.
- Assist with and participate in all camp program activities.
- Account for all assigned campers at all times.
- Adhere to program standards including safety and cleanliness standards.
- Take care of necessary camp paperwork and accurate record keeping.
- Other duties as assigned.
